Hey guys, I was just watching a video about whats news in Ableton Live 9 and they seem to have a pretty amazing feature that allows you to extract midi from Audio. Ie: Hum a melody line and it figures out what notes you are humming and creates a midi clip. Can we do something like this inside sonar ..

Using track lanes issue (recording)

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue with the latest X2 (build 308): When I add a new "lane" and press record and start recording, I see the audio on that track lane as it's being recorded (fine). When I stop the recording, that clip I just recorded jumps to the top lane or the main track. ..

Sound Issues w/ Sonar X2 Studio

I imported tracks from my Tascam-DP-24 to Sonar X2 Studio. And I also tired listening to the demo that comes with Sonar X2 Studio. Every snare hit, for example, it is trailed by some kind of weird electronic sound. When I listen to a file in iTunes, it sounds fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also..

Wrapped 32 bit plugins - always in front

Is ther an option somewhere that forces 32 bit plugins wrapped with Sonars (64 bit) default wrapper to remain in front of everything else on the screen. Tbe bulk of my plugins are 32 bit and its terribly annoying that even dialog boxes appear behind the wrapped 32 bit plugs...
