Concrete Limiter ?

I never had X1 as I waited and jumped from 8.5 to X2, I was told that X2 producer included all that was in X1 expanded. Was the concrete limiter part of that? (Should I have it at this point?) or is/was that an additional add-on?..

does sonar keep crash reports somewhere?

Even with crashing, sonar has only sent one crash report so are they held anywhere where I can send them? Pretty close to giving up on this build but thought I'd ask..
