Using SI Bass without keyboard?

I can drag and drop pre made bass patterns in ok and flag the chord changes but wondered how to "play" the bass with the mouse real time while recording? Just arming the track and playing doesn't seem to "take"..

Any links to videos on how to input and tweak in PRView? (I'm learning how to input SI Bass with a mouse cuz I don't have a MIDI keyboard yet) At this point I can put in and remove 1/4 notes only. Looking for finer detail...

This is not an x2 related issue, this happens with X1 too. Filter out Midi-Controller (i. e. breath control)

Hello! I use a Midi-Breath controller to control synths in Sonar X1 Studio. The controller sends Expression (CC11), Aftertouch, Breath Control (CC02) and Velocity data at a time. Is it possible to filter out some commands IN REALTIME? Some synths only work with aftertouch and does not function by us..

Get all Pro CHANNELS modules as normal VST plugins instead of need to use them thru Pro Channel would be nice. It ‘stupid that I need to use the PRO Channel GUI to use the modules them. teleport server stops working

If I use scrub tool in staff view I eventually get "teleport server stopped..." how fast depends on how many tracks I include in staff view. Scrub tool doesn't work at all in track view. "Define" instruments grayed out

Hi brethren, I just installed on X1 and “Define” under edit/preferences/midi/instruments is grayed out, which is preventing me from importing XF8 definition. I searched for the master.ins file for the heck of it and could not find it (using windows explorer)… Any ideas? Thanks...
