"Apply" Track Template Against Existing Track?

Hi All, I often use track templates and project templates, but I was wondering this. Is there a way to "apply" a track template against an existing track? The use would be when I'm importing a bunch of tracks. They come in to new tracks, but as I figure out what they are, it would be neat to say,..

Envelope - The Right Method?

Have an acoustic guitar audio track - caught thumb pick and want to eliminate that twang that is present for a few beats. Are envelopes the way to go? Set tempo for individual tracks!?

I'd like to record in real time with my drum track playing at half speed and my midi track at double that.. How do I do it? For example... How do I set my drum track to 60 BPM and my midi to 120 hit record and jam on it?..

Hey! Is there a keycommand if I want to change tempo on a audioloop to fit tempo on the project? In Cubase I only had to press ctrl+T. And is there aa way to duplicate audio and midi clips?
