How do you lasso notes in the Inline Piano Roll?

How do you lasso notes in the Inline Piano Roll? No matter what I do it selects all the notes in the timeline of the lasso instead of just the notes I lassoed. Works fine in the regular piano roll view. . . .guess I'll be using the regular view for now...

Q2 - 100% Audio song suddenly speeds up????

This has been a nuisance since buying X1. Occasionally, a song of 5 to 15 audio tracks (and no MIDI) suddenly speeds up. Have been able to save the file, close and reopen each time with no permanent harm. Anyone else having this problem. What am I doing wrong? Larry..

MIDI track > Edit Filter > Automation > Volume - ??? MIDI envelope not working?

I followed the directions to create a MIDI envelope on a MIDI track, to use the notes on some parts of the track and mute other sections. I created and edited a volume envelope just as I have done on audio tracks, but it's not working. All the notes remain audible, as if the envelope doesn't exist. ..

Goodness, problems with recording a simple midi loop

I have no clue what I could be doing wrong, so I'll entertain any and all suggestions. Let's say I have an instance of session drummer. Let's say I make a loop from bar 3 to bar 7. Sonar HELP file

When I click on the Help menu I usually get the normal Help window within Sonar. Today it sent me to a web site and I had to disconnect from the web and close/reopen Sonar to get the Help file to open. Is this normal? Steve..
