Is the Cakewalk TapeSim plug-in in Sonar X2 64-bit?

The subject line says it all: the old Cakewalk TapeSim plug-in: is it a 64- bit version in Sonar X2? It appears that it is. Can someone confirm this?..

TH2 - full/upgrade users question

How much does the full version of TH2 make use of time-based effects paramters? What efx can be controlled by tempo/BPM settings? Obviously, delay is probably going to fall into this category, but what about some other efx such as tremelo, phasor, wah, etc...
