newby question: Installed X2. No presets installed for Rapture, Dimension PRO, etc

I just installed the upgrade to X2 from an X1 installation. I am a newby to both X1 and X2. When I go to use the soft-synths, I see no presets installed, but it seems like I should be getting a bunch of presets with these soft-synths? Any idea what I might be doing wrong? I am running Windows 7 Home..

Sonar X1 doesn`t accept registration code for Dim Pro 1.5

I have been using X1 for a year or so, and in the meantime upgraded to X1 expanded. Now I want to install Dim Pro. The registration code that was emailed to me by Cakewalk is not accepted. I have tried it several times and for sure I`m not making any mistake. How to solve this??..

string section?

good morning everyone, i'm getting an error message when i try to load "string section" on X-2 it worked fine on X-1. the message says it did't load properly. can someone tell me which disk of the 4 i should run to get it going? thanks..

Archived Folder not shown as Archived Hidden in Track Manager

X2: Import Track Template broken?

I can't import any Track Templates in X2 (builds 306 and 308) - no custom ones, no built in templates. I tried to import from the context menu in Track View and drag & drop templates from the Browser. Saving Track Template creates file that can be imported with warning message to X1 but not back to ..

What resolution does it take to see complete Control Bar?

I thought that I've seen Cakewalk pictures of X1/X2 with a full Control Bar with all modules showing. I have my monitor at the highest resolution (1440x900) and I'm not even close to getting all modules visible. I wish the modules could float and be part of screensets :-( It's hard to complain.....

X2 Keyboard Shortcuts NOT always working...

when you customize them. Each time I assign a key to the SNAP On/Off button it only works once then never again. The 2nd click changes the Event Draw Duration button on the Smart Tool module. Please explain that to me. X1 works as expected. See if you have the same trouble and I'll send a bug report..
