Setting up SD3 multi-track

I know I've done this before but I'm drawing a blank. In the insert synth options I selected all synth audio outputs stereo, synth property page and synth rack view. Clip editing in X1

Hi, when dragging and copying clips in X1, all of the automation data is copied too. Similarly, when I delete a clip, the automation data is deleted for the portion of the track where the clip once was. Is there a way I can do these things without affecting the automation?..

Another Track Lane Issue

FR: Allow Clip Waverform Display to Use Entire Track Height

It feels like a big waste of space showing the uppeer handle of clips with just the clip name and such... Especially in long clips most of it is simply a non-used area somewhat... I just feature requested making the waveform display occupy the entire track height and the upper handle/name/other hand..

Midi Note Re-Routing - How Can It Be Done - MIDI experts, pls help!!!

Hi folks Can someone please tell me how I can reroute the E3 note to play as D3? The REST of the notes should stay as they are - so if I play D3, it should play D3... the only note that should be rerouted should be E3 -> D3. Obviously transposition on a grand scale doesn't work, as the rest need ..

Using an ESata external drive as my "Audio" drive

I know I'm supposed to have a separate drive for my Audio drive. I never really thought this was necessary for me since 95% of my work is using soft synths and I wasn't sure if the Audio drive was needed unless I did a lot of bouncing to audio or freezing these synths, which I don't most of the time..

X1 No Midi in the program

Im am unable to get midi output while in the program. Using Quicktime or WMP i get midi output. I've tried every setting combination i can think of in the program. 2 dumb questions from an new (to the X-line) guy.

1)Can you still rearrange buses? It used to be you could grab and drag them to whatever order you wanted, that doesn't seem to work the same. How do you do it? 2) I played around with the screen sets & while cool, most are not (at this point) going to fit my workflow so I'll stick to tracking in..
