R-Mix Sonar issues with soft synths [SOLVED]

Hi I'm finding that R-Mix misses out notes when I use it on a rapture clip I've got. There is a simple riff which just repeats. How are you guys backing up the installs? I'm sort of fighting with myself on how to go about it to be honest. Did you just put as many installs on a DVD as you could? Who is still getting the "White Screen" after launch?

With X1 after launching the program occasionally I would get the white screen sysmptom for about 2 seconds . It occurs after the splash and gthe main screen pops up, then white screen , then the main screen again. X2 seems to be doing the same thing, even with the patch. I am running an ATI Radion 5..
