Weird Midi Problem

I've been using Sonar 8.5 for years without problems. I had to stop doing music to a personal problem for about 6 months. My computer has been in storage. I get it out, and start making music again. The midi notes are there in piano view and Staff view. However, sonar just won't play them. It change..

Missing Pro Channel fx *SOLVED*

Hi all I've tried opening a couple of projects in X2 x64 which I'd started in X1 x32 (or earlier in one case) and am missing my beloved Levelling Amp amongst other things. I'm surprised that with X2 there is still no display of the record mode you're in. In every version since the DOS days, there has been a display (even on the transport) of the record mode: sound on sound, overwrite, or autopunch. Autopunch is diplayed but not sound on sound. The only way you can see..
