PC4k ratio adjustment?-solved-move mouse farther

I'm doing some side chaining with the PC4k and can't seem to make the Ratio knob work? I see that a right click on it opens some options but none seem to make a difference. Clip/Tracks start time after import from PT?

For what ever reason, a session I did for an artist on ProTools wasn't able to export as an OMF files. All I have is the individual tracks. When I import them into SONAR, they retain their individual time stamp. Broadcast waves I guess. It throws them like 2hrs or something into the project. Problem..

X2 Additional Content in wrong place

When I installed the Additional Content (after installing and setting up X2 Producer), it placed the Demo in my X1 folder, not the X2 Folder. Hi! I just purchased Sonar X1 Production Suite and the PC4K Expander/Gate comes free with it. I want to update it to version 1.0.1, but the installer won't accept my Sonar serial number. Is there a separate serial for the PC4K? If not, how do I update it? Thanks!!..
