SonarPlus and X2

I apologize in advance if this has been answered in another thread. I searched but I didn't find anything. Since the guy that gave us SonarPlus is now working for Cakewalk, will its functions be incorporated into X2? If not, will something like it be available to provide an alternative to MultiDock?..

Sonar 8.3 (32 b it) in Win 7 (64 bit)?

If I load Sonar 8.3 32 bit onto a computer running Windows 7 64 bit, shouldn't all my old plugins still work? I mean, even though the OS is 64 it, I'd still be using 32 bit Sonar so, I'm thinking I won't lose any of my old plugs, right? Anybody have any Idea if this would work?..

L64 plugin preventing midi function on a different track

Recorded MIDI would only play through a soft synth when the L64 plugin was disabled (on a different audio track). It would record the MIDI data & would be audible while recording, but wouldn't play back or save the data unless we disabled the L64 first...

surely it would be far better for your euro customers to deal with overloud directly since instead of paying US taxes we are paying the far less EU tax? and they are based in Italy = comes under EU taxes. it's on offer for £99... and well they do an upgrade for £63 INC taxes.. not sure how..
