X1 doesn't "see" my sound card

I am using a FF800 in ASIO This afternoon, I got the following message from X1... "No audio devices for the current driver model on your system. Please go to Edit/Preferences/Audio/Playback and Recording and choose a different driver model." I tried that and Playback and Recording only lists "none."..

Can't use ALT+S to solo my track?

I'm trying to create a macro for soloing my tracks but the shortcut doesn't seem to work, any ideas? Same applies for the track mute and record...

MIDI CC Problem with X1d Expanded - SOLVED

Hi folks, I just found trying to send certain MIDI CCs to control synth params no longer works. Seems to be a lot of CCs that X1 is simply not seeing - it seems that X! is blocking them. 2 issues!

Hi guys I have upgraded my PC and am having 2 issues. 1) getting my usb midi controller to work again. ( Ashton keyboard. No drivers required ) 2) Inputs/Outputs on tracks. The first issue - I have added midi controller. Its input and out put are all selected tu UX1 ( which I am using as soundcard )..

Sonar eulogy

Since Sonar X1d the metronome has been working excellently. What ever I want to record in what ever BPM is so simple now. instead of quantizing the heart out of my songs I can leave the quantize off and still get good results. I would like for X1's lifespan to be extended for atleast another year. C..

SSD Drive Configuration

I am about to take the plunge into SSD. I have always used a dedicated HD for my Sonar Audio files. I am thinking with the speed of SSD, it should not be necessary to have 2 separate drives for the OS and wave files. Is there any disadvantage from a performance perspective, of using a single 256 GB ..

44VSL Driver Update and Sonar Studio X1d Problem

I attempted to update the 44VSL driver to the latest version. I tried uninstalling the old driver per instructions in the Presonus KB and then reinstalling using the installer, and also tried by just running the installer by itself.
