Yamaha PSR-E333

JUst purchased some PSR-E333 and tried to edit the ttsq so that it sets local off on startup and local on exit.. I believe I have set this up correctly.... I recently purchased a Roland XP-50 Music Workstation second hand. Its got some really amazing sounds! How does one import sounds from the XP-50 into X1? The XP-50 manual is impossible to decipher!! bar doesn't follow playback

hello folks....wonder if anyone can help me. I'm using Sonar 8,,During playback,the time bar moves over the screen as usual but stops when it should move on in the song. Confused about colors in the piano view
