Changing samplerate of a project from 96 to 44.1...

I screwed up. I was gonna record an entire set of tunes in 96khz but have decided to use 44.1 instead as I don't think my bandmates gear will handle the higher samplerate. What's the easiest way to change the few tracks I already have done at 96 to 44.1? I'd imagine just changing the settings won't ..

Midi Help

I'm using win 7 64bit. x1expanded. Ducking (side chain) vs Automation?

I've been side chaining to duck a couple of rhythm tracks under the Vox but there are times when I'd like it not to take affect. Automating the volume works but seems slow. Is there a way to disable the side chain ducking at certain spots?..
