Sonar X2 Pricing

I know there are some here that will complain about the price of upgrading to X2 no matter what the price is. Figured I would put things in perspective. I own the full version of Pro Tools 9 and it would cost me $299 to UPGRADE to Pro Tools 10. That's not the "buy it new" price, that's the upgrade. ..
