Possibly Helpful Windows Tip

I had updated the firmware and editor for the Line 6 Helix, and wanted to open SONAR. Command Centre Downloads folder

Can the contents of the programdata/cakewalk/command centre/downloads folder be deleted? Mine currently contains 7.72Gigabytes of downloaded files including serveral a gigabyte+ in size. I'd rather like to get the space back...
