Auto Pan

Do we have a tool that will slowly move a track left to right and back again? I can automate this but it is a pain. I know this is a cheesy trick, but a particular track needs this.I don't want to go extreme R to L (although maybe someday I will). I just want a sound to float around center a little ..

Why is Middle C "C5" in Sonar?
