mixing hit songs (is easy)

New Project

When I open Sonar Platinum, and click new project, I'm getting an empty screen. I can click recent projects and existing projects and they open. I just did an update today ... any advice? unusual comping behavior deleting muted tracks

I'm on the latest updates of windows and splat. I comped a guitar track yesterday and when I went to delete muted clips, ALL clips disappeared - even non-muted ones!
