I keep getting audio dropouts all of a sudden since upgrading

Every since I upgraded to the latest Sonar, I get these audio drop outs, it's like the sound mutes out for a half a second every five seconds or so. I think I checked the playback and recording in the Preferences. The driver Mode, MME32, ASIO, WDM, etc. I went through so many parameters, and I still..

Can't see all Plugins in the INSERT BIN

Hi, I'm in Sonar Platinum and I've added at least five plugins in an insert bin but I can only see four of them. How do I expand my view of all plugins? Thanks...

EXPORTING PROBLEM

I use Sonar X3 Producer. In the past I had no problems when exporting mixes to stereo wav files. However, now, when I export a stereo mix to a stereo wav file it comes out in mono. Any ideas?..

How to save without creating a new folder?

I could have sworn I had Splat setup before to not create a new folder every time I saved a new project, but after one of the updates it changed back to creating a new folder every time. MusicXml - does it include all the midi stuff - or ruled by Sonar limitations for triplet?

So to transfer by MusicXml - if that is limitied by pure notation in Staff View in Sonar? Or is all midi and every there as it is - so to use in other notation software like you would transferred midi files. There are some showstopper limitations in Sonar notation, like triplets pauses are not allow..
