Gain control not working..

Im having an issue were when i turn the gain knob on any channel and it has no effect at all on the audio signal...its creating an issue for me to record. Any thoughts?ver.23.8..

***SOLVED*** - SONAR Platinum crashing on closing

Every time I close SONAR Platinum it shows a crash and the box comes up asking me if I should send the report which I did multiple times. This just started happening and it was after the latest update so I reverted. Same thing. Tried update again to latest version. Still happening. Anybody else? Any..
