Tracks to take lanes?

I've always laid the track screen out for 3 takes of each instrument/part. Is there a way to take those tracks and make them takes in a track? Yes, I just discovered how takes would work better for me hehe..

My Playback and recording levels too low

Compared to the volume of other media, like Youtube, music in my computer, and so on, the recording and playback levels are too low in my Sonar. Recording latency goblins coming from?
