Latest Update Midi Record timing is off from Metronome

I upgraded to the latest update and now when I play my midi keyboard it is in time with the metronome but when I Record the midi is recording ahead of the metronome and timing is off. VST's with no GUI's

Does anyone know a fix for VST plugins that have no GUI. I have come across a few(Vacuumsound ADT and Airwindows ToTape5 ) that are suppose to have sliders but when I load the plugin, it loads, just no sliders to control it...

Quick Groups - Something to know only if you RTFM
