Don't know how to Use Alesis Dm8 Drum Module Sounds in Sonar Professional

So I have a now gotten new sonar professional! Love it so far. Love addictive drums also, and know how to use my Alesis Drum kit to trigger that. But HOW IN THE WOrld do you use the presets in the drum module and record them?I have the Midi out on the module Run to A Usb MidiMan to connect to my pc...

Cloned track side chaining crash issue

So I have run into a strange problem that I have never encountered before, and after lots of prodding and probing, I think it may have something to do with cloned tracks and side chaining. I cloned a vocal track without events, just to quickly have a vocal track ready to go with the same i/o, fx etc..

Why does 2017.8 need new core plugins?

The core plugins have jumped fromPlatinumCorePlugins_1.0.0.7toPlatinumCorePlugins_1.0.0.10(unless I missed some releases, but they're hard to overlook) Why the change?What's new?(and what does this file contain, anyway?)..

[Solved] AudioSnap - it won't turn on

No matter what I do - and I've followed the Help instructions to the letter! - AudioSnap won't actually turn on. The 'pallette' comes up, I have a clip selected, I've put the track into 'Transients' mode, but none of the buttons in the pallette function, mainly because the on/off button won't light ..

VST Scan 'New' Plugins

Occasionally, when I haven't installed any new plugins, the opening VST scan says a small number of new plugins - ones that it missed before I presume. Is it possible to work out what these 'new' ones are or would this be a good feature to add?..
