Keyboard shortcut for PRV "Show Multiple Lanes"?

for some reason i cannot drag/drop audio files anymore!

any ideas?if i drag an audio file from windows explorer i cannot drop it in sonar platinum, even if i drop it in an audio track.everything works if i choose file->import but it's vey annoying!:-/..
