Gridline Resolution

I just upgraded (downgraded perhaps) from Sonar Producer 7 to the current version of Sonar Home Studio. In Sonar 7, I used to set the snap grid to 16th notes, and then click on a red button to the far right of the time ruler that said "Add musical snap to transient snap pool." By doing this, it gave..

To clear up any confusion....Working in an existing project .... save it...Then click on the File menu Click on the New menu Create the new project where ever you want. When the new project is complete the Start Screen is there. It's no big deal just an annoyance. meh..
