Membership Issues...???

Hi all, I'm having a strange issue with my Sonar Platinum membership... Paying month-month, latest payment sent on 9/1/17, yet Sonar is popping up a warning that my membership is about to expire and Sonar will revert to demo mode in 12 days...? I've tried restarting Sonar, logging out and in and out..

Distorted sounds in Sonar Platinum browser

When I try to play wav files from library in browser most of them sound distorted. If I put them on track, then they sound OK. track icon folder issues w/ older projects

Is it possible to reference user track icons used in older projects to use the most current icons that have bee moved or changed to a new folder?Older projects always create the old icon folders from the projects date of creation.
