Lost control of interleave button

In MC6, I have been working with a project for a while, using an M-Audio Fastrack Pro. No glitches until now. I just re-recorded a vocal audio track and when I go to mix, I do not have control over the interleave button, ie, it is stuck ON. I'm only getting sound out of the left channel... weird. An..

recording multiple tracks simultaneously

I have cakewalk 3 and i use a behringer xenyx 802 mixer with it. In the past only recorded one track at a time. Now would like to record drums with 3 mics. I have the imputs on the mixer, but how is this done with mixer and cakewalk simultaneously? Anyone know or have a diagram?..
