What is the best way to do a clean install of Rapture into a new Windows 8 PC that is running X2? Pentagon Problem

Howdy! ...for some time now, I've had a problem with Pentagon in X2. It loads fine It operates fine... THEN... it just stops sending audio. I have to delete, then re-insert but it once again stops sending audio. Any help on this situation? Thanks in Advance Roy..
