Z3TA+ and Z3TA+ 2 keep resetting to default patch in Pro Tools

I'm running Z3TA+ 2 and the original Z3TA+ as wrapped .vst plugins in Pro Tools 8 M-Powered on a Windows 7 desktop. Rapture LE: inputing Pitch steps with MIDI Keyboard when Depth exceeds 2400?

I am running Rapture x64 LE Version 1.22 I wanted to build an arpeggio which spanned almost 3 octaves. So I set the Depth at 3600.
