Z3TA+2 2.0.95 and Rapture Pro 2.0.3.96 installer issues (and Sonar itself as well)

This post is about the installer. If I run Z3TA+2 verbose from CCC (upgrading): 1) I get a greyed out file path option and browse button (can't edit) for "D:\Cakewalk Content" which is incorrect it should be "D:\Cakewalk Content\Z3TA+ 2". 2) After (1) when I click Next it states it's going to ins..

Rapture Pro Sample Update confusion

Z3TA 2 v 2.1 - Are the BUGs being addressed?

Dimension Pro and Rapture don't show up in Synth Rack in Sonar Platinum

Help I cant find them in the Sonar drop down synth rack where or how do they are they supposed to show up here they used to?? zeta +2 either I must have missed something. They work fine in stand alone???..

Want to use Z3ta+2 on stage.. quickest/efficient way to switch patches?

Will be using my Macbook Pro (windows 8 OS) and Oxygen 25 midi controller.. would like to know how to switch between patches quickly in LIVE settings...Also, if you have a similar setup, what kind of stand do you use that holds both laptop and midi controller? Thanks in advance...
