INSTALL ALL not working?

Like it says above, I've seen someone mention this already, but all those expansion packs do not install when using the Install All command. Also, it highlights the upper level Rapture Pro item as green, even though all the packs underneath are red and not installed...

Rapture Pro - Distortion 1 and 2 Insert won't mix

For the insert effect Distortion 1 or 2, the Mix control doesn't mix in the dry signal at all. Is it supposed to do that?..
