rapture not recognizing pitch bend sensativity rpn

X3 Producer won't recognize Session Drummer 3

I have tried the fix on the cakewalk site: and still after numerous scans still can't get X3 Producer to recognize of find Session Drummer 3. The .dll is in the Session Drummer folder and I have even pointed the browser there to scan. Anyone have any ideas? I am running Windows 8.1 Pro..

Rapture PITCH VelTrack and Vel->int parameters incorrectly indicated as cents?

So when I alter the parameters with the mouse, in the pop-up window (as in the manual) it reads "ct" (meaning cents).But in the VelTrack field I had to enter 4800 in order to get one octave higher when pressing the key at maximum (127) velocity.
