Where is the mixing tutorial

Ello all, I going through the tutorial that comes on the Cakewalk DVD. In tutorial 2 it says to go to www.cakewalk.com/owners/vs20 and download the file named mixing tutorial.zip but I can't find it anywhere. Any ideas? Cheers Phil..

NOOB ALERT! Unable to get Sonar VS control

Sorry about the stoopid questions, but I have two problems with the VS-100 and have spent a couple hours reading manuals, online forums and watching videos to no avail.
