Import Settings From Another Track

Greetings ALL, I'm doing a track that has the same kick, snare, hi-hat and a couple other eliments as another song which is already mixed eq'd etc. Is there a way to import the setting for each of those tracks into this one instead of going back looking at it all and writing it down??..

UK Power supply for VS100?

Anyone know of a suitable power supply for UK current? I still have a working power supply but I take the VS100 out for gigging and it would be handy not to have to crawl about untangling wires at home. Being able to just unplug the the VS100 and use a second power supply...

What can I use for A-500Pro's Expression pedal jack?

I want to use Expression pedal through A-500pro's expression pedal jack. What product can I use for this?? EV-5? EV-7? but it explain that it can be use for guitar and synthesizer or organ from roland. I'm kind of confuse;; and when it is connected, is it translated as MIDI CC11 in Sonar??..
