To enable the Track-View window as a Tab.

With all the other windows tab enabled, it makes sense to have the Track-View window Tab enabled as well. I would find this feature quite useful. Please fix Staff View and Take Lanes

It is impossible to work in Staff View if you have more than one take in a track.Please let us choose which take we want to edit. As it is now, there is no way to edit an individual take.Should this be a "Feature Request" or a "Problem Report"?..

Track Search

A track name search will be very helpful. Imagine working everyday with 180+ tracks, scrolling will be tremendously reduced and you can just concentrate on your work. I hope that function will be added to Cakewalk, if not now, in the near future...

Exporting tracks

Just an annoyance but when I need to export a single track or a few tracks I first have to deselect all the tracks in the export dialog. Where's the Select All, Select None buttons? This is tiresome especially with a huge amount of tracks!..

Markers

I would like to see a function like this, importing Markers texts (incl. smpte) to MS Word. That would be helpful in sending cues info to mixing engineers, video editors, etc...

Automation

The automation is horrible for Dubstep. The drawing is erratic. You can't get precise curves at the same size. On false move and you are screwed. It is a real task to then do fast curves and slow curves. Fruity loops does it so much better please take a look at what they are doing and make it happen..

Custom Clip Fade Shapes

I think it's time that we have some more advance options for our clip fades. Currently we have linear, fast and slow. I would love to have more options than that. It could be as simple as have a couple of custom presets that you could make and have easy access to along with the normal fade options. ..

Advanced Grouping of Tracks and Busses

One feature that I've found handy in Pro Tools is the ability to group tracks and busses together. I would like to evolve the concept in Sonar a little bit further though...
