Add Track - Instrument: use Plugin Layout.

The Add Track feature that has arrived with Newburyport has the ability to add an Instrument Track. It appears to have only one presentation of the available instruments, which is an exhaustive list ordered by developer. If I want to make a MIDI track an instrument track there has to be an associated audio track.... Bring Back "Tempo Ratio"

In older versions of Sonar, you could scale your tempo map (which was especially nice for recording at a slower tempo but keeping all your tempo changes intact.) Seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to resurrect this feature. I miss it!..
