RMS normalize

I know there's a peak normalize in sonar, but I would personally find an average RMS normalize function quite useful too, like the RMS normalize in Sony Sound Forge, would be handy to do it from within sonar...

'undo' when using ctrl+click+hold

If not already requested please code to include an 'undo' when using ctrl+click+hold moving multiple parameters on multiple tracks (such as selecting & adjusting multiple faders in CV or fx sends in TV by mistake)..

Isn't it obvious, that Sonar needs a Metering Suite?
