Remove Silence needs update PLEASE

One thing that really slows down my production time is the Remove Silence feature. It just never seems to work, so I end up having to do it manually, track by track. Really slow. I don't like making comparisons to Pro Tools, but they ARE the competition, and its Strip Silence feature does it SO much..

Clone track with Synth instance on it

Hi there, What I miss in SONAR is a clone track features without having to save the track as track template first (this is not the same functionality) so we can copy the whole track + synth and preset to another track. cheers, Hans..

Allow tempo change but retain audio clips absolute sample position (Workaround is OK)

Incremental Assignment when inserting multiple tracks

This is a little one, but would be a nice timesaver. When I Insert->Mutiple tracks, I'd really like to have the option to assign ins and outs incrementally.
