Make it possible to register Z3ta 2.2 offline with a reg code, like with Z3ta 2.1

I can understand when bundled software has its own rules, I don't mind not using AD2, there are alternatives. But Z3ta is a Cakewalk product (isn't it?)..

Try to search for something in the Ref Guide, and you'll hit many - hundreds - thousands - myriads -- of exactly the same sentence being used as a link to some very uninteresting sub-category of function. Get rid of the duplicate links. Alternatively, get a better search method...
