Make sonar work in Normal and Larger Display Setting

Currently Sonar is only set to work in the Display setting of 'Smaller', but this pretty much kills using a laptop in touchscreen mode. The faders and knobs of cakewalk controls (VST and non Cakewalk developed ProChannals are fine) will jump around if set to 'normal' and 'Larger' settings. 'Smaller'..
