RME Recording Goes South

[Solved] Any suggestions for an digital AES to Spdif cable

I need a digital cable from AES connection to Spdif connection. I can switch the AES output to spdif specification. I don't mind spending money, but I don't want to waste it (ie. I don't think gold sputtered unobtainium is in the cards). Anybody with experience have any ideas? Also, I have an Amazon..

Quad capture and headphones

I use the quad capture as my interface, monitor speakers plugged into the back, and SONAR x3Producer. If I am recording a vocal track, I have to un plug my speakers so there isn't any bleed into the mic, then plug back in to listen to the recording which is all a pain. Western Digital vs. Seagate.
