Tascam US1800 anyone using it?

I have one and I am curious what type of latency results you are getting.I seem to be having trouble with only a few tracks going (2 synths, 2 or 3 guitar tracks, 1 bass, drum synth)and having core 1 of a quad core processor spiking out. Problem Audio Routing in X3 using VEPRO and Apollo Interface

Recommendations please...optical out into roland quad capture.

Hi, I would like to connect a kronos x to my roland quadcapture. Kronos has 1/4" outs and optical toslink outs. Quadcapture has XLR ins and coax spdif ins. I would like to keep signals in the digital domain but don't know if an optical to spdif convertor would introduce too much latency?..
