Crackling in monitors or when plugging analogue gear into soundcard

Looking for stable interface

I'm running Sonar X1 and currently have a tascam us-800 interface but I'm always getting the blue screen of death when trying to use it. I also have a line 6 floor pod I use when I'm not trying to record with a mic and never get the blue screen ... I'm looking to replace the tascam and was wondering..

where can I find a longer cable for my delta 66 the online m audio store doesn't seem to have them. There are various d sub cables out there but so far have not found any that are shielded well enough for audio..
