Pro Tools Paid Support?

I downloaded the demo for PT 10. I admit I really like it. Not looking to replace Sonar X1, but considering a 2nd DAW to compliment it. But I read where you have to pay $40 to submit a support ticket? Did I read that correctly? I really hope not...

LP64 multiband compressor - the forgotten compressor

Anyone use this? I know the eq is a bit glitchy but I've recently taken this out of the vst archives dusted it off and have been trying it out mainly on drums sort of a compressor and eq combined I am quite impressed - but it never seems to get a mention on the forum Anyone??..

Using Subs with ARC 2 Advanced Room Correction System
