Problem with Izotope Stutter Edit

I purchased Stutter Edit just now through CW special offer. It is not showing up as a soft synth. I configured all settings in Plug In Manager, including the properties where I enabled "configure as synth" Scanned and re-scanned all plug ins. I must be missing a very simple, yet important step, but ..

Korg Monopoly keeps needing a new activation.
