Komplete 8 Upgrade (not ultimate) being "phased out"??

I've been thinking of going ahead and doing the "regular" Komplete 8 upgrade (I'm currently on the latest version 7). As I've been looking around the web I see it's "no longer available", "out of stock", or not even listed at many places. Got any info on this???..

Yet another Sound Forge question.

My upgrade to SF9 doesn't seem to work right. After muting anything in a wave file selected from the tools menu, the entire clip is muted when i return to Sonar. Thanks to non destructive editing they are simple recoveries. Reinstalling my old SF7 (which has worked before), has created a new problem..

Kirk Hunter Strings

I'm thinking about buying one of the libraries, pop/strings, Concert Strings 2 Whole Divisions or Solo2 Strings but am wondering if my system will be adequate to handle it all. Is anybody out there using this software w/any comments?..

May not be practical to replace real human voice, but I find them usefull to practice vocal arrangement and mixing. Do take note.. the vocaloids on offered..
