Why is Sonar Platinum not allowing me to export mp3 format?

When I tried to export a mix to mp3 I got the following error message... "The MP3 encoder must be unlocked before use. Please visit http://cakewalk.com to upgrade a previous encoder, or to purchase a new encoder." So I go to the Cakewalk store an find an activation for $9.99 or a download for $9.99...

Can't load East West Play [SOLVED]

I'm using Sonar Platinum, up to date (23.3.0 Build 51 x64). I have East West Play 5.0. I can load Play in standalone just fine. I have my iLok in and verified that the license is recognized (through loading instruments in standalone). I can see that the .dll files for Play are in C:\Program Files\Ca..
