Trouble with Arturia Piano V export

I have Sonar X3 and I am able to use the Arturia vst3 plugins when I create music, but when I go to reopen the program to export I get a fatal error from Sonar continuously none of my piano tracks using Piano v will open in Sonar. Any ideas? I am on a Windows 7 computer...
