Sonar x3 not registering synthmaster vst

Sonar is not recognizing synthmaster 64 bit version. Any ideas? The stand-alone part of it works but I cannot get the plugIn to register in Sonar but it does in other Sequencing programs. Any ideas Thanks in advance...

b_x tuner settings with SPLAT & 18i20

I bought the b_x tuner for $9 today, thinking it would be a snap. It has very specific buffer sizes 16, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96, 112, and 7 more With my Scarlett MixControl, I don't have the ability to specify the buffer size, just the ms. (1 or 2 or ... etc) Do I have any options or did I blow $9?Thanks..
